Who Created Female Vitality Blueprint?
Fitness Expert and Women’s Pelvic Specialist, Alex Miller, is the author of Female Vitality Blueprint. Alex is from Vancouver, Canada and has trained with some of the most influential fitness professionals in functional movement, weight lifting, treadmill running, meditation and many additional areas. She is best known for helping women heal their bodies and to date, Alex has taught close to one million students worldwide. She has certification in Pilates Mat by the Physicalmind Institute of Canada, Postpartum Corrective Exercises by Dr. Sarah Duvall, CanFitPro FIS, TRX, Schwinn Cycling and Lagree Fitness.
